Reset to Nourish provides personalised nutritional and health consultations aimed at improving lifestyle and overall well-being. Consultations are based on information provided by the client through the data collection form and are delivered exclusively online.
2. Purpose and Limitations
The services offered are intended to support well-being and do not in any way replace medical care, diagnosis, or treatment by qualified healthcare professionals. Clients are required to consult their physician regarding any clinical conditions or changes in their health status.
3. Collection and Processing of Personal Data
Personal, medical, and lifestyle data collected by Reset to Nourish are processed in accordance with the GDPR and applicable privacy regulations. Such data will be used exclusively for assessment, consultation, and the development of personalised recommendations, and will be accessible only to authorised personnel.

4. Communications
The client consents to being contacted via the selected channels (email, telephone, WhatsApp, SMS) for appointment management, follow-up, and clarification requests.
5. Collaboration with Other Healthcare Professionals
Where necessary, and with the client’s explicit consent, Reset to Nourish may contact the client’s general practitioner or other healthcare professionals solely to ensure the safety and effectiveness of the consultation.
6. Voluntary Participation and Withdrawal
Participation in Reset to Nourish services is voluntary. The client may withdraw consent and discontinue participation at any time, without prejudice to future care or services.
Note: In the event of withdrawal after advance payment, the amount paid will not be refundable.
7. Payment, Refund Policy, and Recurring Charges
Payment for sessions is required in advance to confirm the appointment.
All payments are non-refundable, even in the event of withdrawal or cancellation of participation.
If unable to attend, the appointment may be rescheduled with timely notice.
Storage of Payment Method via Stripe:
By making a payment, the client authorises Reset to Nourish to securely store their payment method via Stripe, a certified platform compliant with international security standards (PCI DSS). The payment method will be used exclusively for any future automatic charges, which will only occur if the client has agreed to a payment plan in installments. In such cases, charges will be processed by Stripe according to the terms and schedule established at the time the installment plan is activated.
8. Risks and Liability
The client acknowledges that the consultations provided do not replace medical care and undertakes to promptly inform the Reset to Nourish professional of any changes in health status, therapies, or medications. In the event of adverse effects, the client must contact their physician.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By making payment and/or submitting the registration form, the client declares that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions as well as the Privacy Policy.
